We are a family business with over 50 years of experience in the ownership and management of multi-family residential properties. Our family settled in the Santa Clara Valley over 100 years ago. We have transitioned from the agricultural and fruit growing business, through the growth years of the early electronics industry to residential property ownership and the management of a portfolio of apartment complexes.
We offer garden apartment units with personalized services and competitive rental rates. All prospective tenants are screened through an application process. We take pride in the fact that some of our tenants have been with us for over 30 years and many for more than 10 years. Often we get referrals from current or previous tenants. Some previous tenants return when they relocate back to the area or prefer our style of management to another experience. We make every effort to keep rents reasonable, stable and affordable for those that qualify.
