MAINTENANCE CALLS:
Typical maintenance emergencies are considered to be uncontrolled running water, no heat, sewer line blockage, electrical sparking, etc. Generally, we do not send a repairman out after hours or on weekends for appliance repair or non-emergency repairs.
EMERGENCY CALLS:
Call 911 immediately if this is a life-threatening emergency.
NON-EMERGENCY CALLS: (Suspicious Activity or Disturbance of the Peace)
Call Santa Clara Police (408-615-5580) or San Jose Police (408-277-8911) immediately if you see someone who is behaving in an odd or suspicious manner. Always call the police before contacting us about suspicious persons or activity, disturbance of the peace, etc. It is the job of the police to investigate suspicious persons or activity, disturbance of the peace, etc. Also, the police are much more likely to respond to a call from you – the person who is seeing the suspicious person or activity, disturbance of the peace, etc. – rather than from a third party.
